Drew joined the international multi-skill architectural practice of RMJM in 1975 becoming a board director of RMJM Scotland Ltd in 1997 responsible for the building services design group working with many high profile clients on projects in both the UK and overseas. In 2005 he was appointed as Operations Director for both RMJM Scotland Ltd and RMJM London Ltd responsible for providing extensive administration support to this international design practice. He left RMJM in 2013 to set up Drew Elliot Associates, a specialist consultancy providing administration and technical support services to construction professionals.
