Digital consultation paves the way for 150 Fife homes

A digital community consultation has been scheduled for later this month at which plans will be outlined for the creation of around 150 homes at Cairneyhill, Fife.

Avant Homes and EMA Architects are behind the second phase plans at Pitdinnie Road with the consultation website set to go live at 09:00 on 19 November, when representatives of the project team will be on hand between 15:30 and 18:30 to field questions.

Encouraging feedback, the applicant wrote: “We welcome you to contribute to this pre-application consultation to help influence the form and design of a proposed residential development.

“The land is allocated for housing in Fife Council’s LDP (CNH005) and although we are at early stages, the proposals will consist of approximately 150 new homes ranging from 3 – 5 bedrooms, which include family housing and affordable housing.”

A proposal of application notice was lodged with Fife Council in August with detailed plans set to follow suit early in 2021.
