Hub South East Scotland has launched a meet then buyer event concerning West Lothian Council’s nursery building programme.

Local businesses are invited to head along to West Lothian College on 19 November between 09:00 and 1200 to meet representatives from the council and Morrison Construction.

In a statement Hub South East wrote: “We are keen to use local suppliers wherever possible and would encourage businesses, SMEs and social enterprises to attend this event if they provide the goods or services to the Construction sector.

"Opportunities to get involved remain in substructure trades, superstructure and envelope contractors and all aspects of the internal fit-out.”

The Early Years programme includes projects at East Calderwood and Blackridge which are projected to complete by summer 2020.

Great to see the investment flowing through on the nurseries these days.

These efforts look pretty dull, particularly when compared with the ones from last week in East Dunbartonshire.
