Housebuilder CALA has begun work on a development of 203 homes on vacant ground at Pacific Quay after acquiring the development plot from Stewart Milne.

Comprising a mix of flats and townhouses Prince’s Quay represents the first city centre development to be undertaken by the developer., which more commonly focuses on suburban living.

The first residents are set to move in from autumn 2020.
