CCG move on-site with 60 affordable homes

CCG have begun delivery of 60 affordable homes on two sites at Beaverbank Place and Morrison Crescent in Edinburgh, offering a mix of properties for mid-market and social rent.

Dunedin Canmore, part of the Wheatley Group, are leading the charge on the builds which aim to address local housing shortages with a modern, energy efficient design.

CCG chairman and CEO, Alastair Wylie, commented: “CCG’s commitment to providing quality, energy efficient homes is not set to slow down in 2019 and that is in part to do with the work we are doing with Wheatley Group and its member associations across the country.”

Piling work is already underway at the Threesixty Architecture designed Beaverbank Place, with completion is expected by the end of the year on the flats through the use of off-site manufacturing.
