Partick Housing Association have moved to meet tenant demand with an application to build 24 flats within a five-storey block at 32 Laurel Street, Glasgow.

Designed by Coltart Earley the scheme will provide a mix of one and two-bedroom properties on a brownfield site previously occupied by a care home.

Finished in facing brick with a recessed upper level employing contrasting graphite grey cladding the flats will be given timber double glazed windows and galvanized steel Paris balconies.

Vehicular access will be offered directly from Laurel Street to a rear courtyard with provision for 24 spaces, including electric vehicle charging points, a refuse store and drying green.

The housing association has recently delivered new build housing at Broomhill Gate and is on-site at St Peter’s School.

What on earth are these images. Seriously? How in any way is this positively selling your proposal? If you can't even be bothered visiting the site to take context photos, it tells people alot about your attitude towards your profession and the job in hand. What a pants-wettingly awful proposal and presentation.

I honestly think the third photo on here is the worst image I've ever seen on UR. Truly breathtaking amateurishness.

Adjacent to this awfull project is a beautifully refurbished house. If I was the owner I would be really pi$$*&%$£ .... so sad to see this our profession wasted by people who don't really care much.
