CCG return to private sector housing at Pollokshaws
CCG has launched a development of 156 private riverside homes in Pollokshaws, Glasgow, ranging from one-bedroom flats through to four-bedroom houses, part of a move back to private sector housing.

Riverford Gardens has been designed by Mast Architects to take advantage of open aspects across the White Cart River, with taller elements toward the interior of the peninsula.

CCG director Calum Murray commented: “Our step back into the private housing market is due to our belief that the marketplace is in short supply of quality private housing that is attainable, particularly for first time buyers.

“The development will be undertaken entirely by the CCG Group from the delivery of energy efficient timber systems and construction through to the manufacture and fit out of all internals and services.  By using our own products and expertise, we will be able to provide buyers with enhanced environmental and energy performance with an assurance of quality.”

The first homes are expected to be ready for occupation by the end of the year.
