New homes launched at Blairgowrie school conversion
Corryard Developments have launched their latest project, conversion of a Victorian school dating from to form 20 flats, with the opening of a marketing suite within the former boy’s cloakroom.

Blair Hill, Blairgowrie, will span three separate buildings including the 1876 school house, a later 1940’s concrete and brick addition and the former canteen.

Each will be sensitively renovated, retaining original features such as windows and 4m high ceilings with the addition of modern fitted kitchens and bathrooms, private gardens and communal grounds.

Designed by McKenzie Strickland Architects the scheme sits within walking distance of the town centre, with the first phase of seven homes scheduled for completion in the summer.
