RMJM have revealed their latest commercial project on behalf of City Site Estates PLC, 2 West Regent St.  A £12 million investment will see creation of a striking 10 floor edifice accommodating 80,000sq/ft of Grade A floor space at the West Nile St intersection.

A basement level accommodating 24 parking spaces has been unacceptably removed from a revised application.

A stepped terrace constitutes the strongest design element of the build although this would have achieved greater drama if made symmetrical and extended further in height. Horizontal indents distinguish second floor intervals and ceramic rainscreen cladding breaks the monotony of glass, a welcome addition to the city.
