Perth regeneration scheme hits home run
Plans to deliver 203 homes in the Muirton district of Perth have been given the thumbs up by planners, clearing the way for Caledonia Housing Association to deliver its final phase of work.

The £17m scheme is being delivered by Barton Willmore and Urban Union as part of the regeneration of St Johnstone football club’s former ground with work expected to get underway this autumn for completion by summer 2019.

Susan Hallsworth, managing director of Urban Union, said: “This is a major opportunity to move forward with one of Scotland’s largest and most significant housing-led regeneration projects.”

The project will comprise a mix of affordable and private homes of up to four bedrooms set amidst public parkland and private gardens.

Actually not bad! Although I notice in that second image some white render rearing its ugly head. When will they learn that doesn't work in climates like ours?! Goodness sake.
