A proposed office development in Motherwell, designed by East Kilbride-based Artemis Architects, has secured planning consent and is to be developed by Callander Estates

The £4.25 million project will develop 21,500 sq ft of office accommodation over three two storey pavillions, each with its own dedicated car park. The proposed floor plates will also provide flexible accommodation which can be sub-divided into suites from 1,500 sq ft and above or left open plan depending on the occupiers' requirements.

John Costello, managing director or Callander Estates, said: "There is an on-going need for high-quality office facilities in Motherwell. This development will help to bring new companies and investment into the area as well as allowing existing local businesses the opportunity to expand."
