Anderson Bell + Christie win RTPI Planning Award

The Isle of Gigha Masterplan and Design Guides by Anderson Bell + Christie has one the UK Sustainable Communities Award 2007 from the Royal Town Planning Institute and Crown Estate.
Fyne Homes commissioned the Glasgow-based practice following a successful community buy-out, with the aim of ensuring the island's successful and sustainable growth.
The project was developed with input from the local community, Fyne Homes and the Isle of Gigha Heritage Trust.
