Overlooking the Forth & Clyde Canal the Nord designed scheme will be built by CCG with each home designed to cater for families through provision of private gardens, drawing inspiration from traditional west end terraces.
Each home is designed for an EPC ‘B’ rating and will come equipped with Smart meters to economise fuel use.
CCG director, Calum Murray said: "We will manufacture the new, energy efficient homes on Whitelaw Street in our state-of-the art offsite manufacturing facility (CCG OSM) which will allow for greater on site efficiencies, drive quality and reduce the carbon footprint of the project."
The homes are expected to become available by late Spring 2016.
