Ryder’s 1 West Regent Street reaches external completion
The finishing touches are being made to Glasgow’s latest office development, a 143,000 sq/ft scheme on the junction of Bath Street and West Regent Street.

Designed by Ryder Architecture and Sir Robert McAlpine in behalf of Clearbell and M&G Real Estate 1 West regent Street rises to eleven storeys and incorporates ground floor retail as well as 40 basement parking spaces.

Clad in a bronzed metallic curtain wall system and bronze coloured unitised wall cladding the interior spaces are virtually column free and offer 360 degree views of the city.

Confirmed occupants thus far include Weir Group, Arup and media firm Global, alongside café chain Giraffe.
