The 251 bed Lewis & Hickey penned Juniper Court is being built by Graham Construction following delivery of Willow Court and 281 bed Beech Court in earlier phases.
Karen Plouviez, director of estates & campus services at the University, said: “In 2010 the University committed to making a major step change in the quality of its residential accommodation as part of its commitment to providing an excellent student experience.
“Willow Court, the Alexander Court townhouses and Beech Court have certainly delivered that. They have all received very positive feedback from students and their families. Working with Graham Construction over three phases of development has also demonstrated the many benefits of a longer-term relationship.”
Offering a range of self-contained flats with ensuite bathrooms and communal living spaces arranged over seven floors the first tenants are expected to take up residence in September 2015.
