Coltart Earley complete Yorkhill flats
Coltart Earley has completed a development of 87 flats at Glasgow’s Yorkhill on behalf of Partick Housing Association.

Built by McTaggart Construction Centurion Way is the first mid-market rent scheme to be funded by Glasgow City Council’s development programme and incorporates its own play park and landscaping.

Situated on brownfield land sandwiched between Yorkhill Park and Ferry Road the £14m scheme is faced with a combination of yellow, grey and black banded brick together with metallic feature fins.

Arranged over four separate blocks, each rising to five storeys in height, the scheme provides individual properties with access to their own balconies, culminating in a series of roof terraces.
