Final phase of Hamilton International Park completes
The final phase of work at Hamilton International Park has been completed with the unveiling of EcoCampus, a development of three buildings providing a total of 224,000sq/ft of office space.

Developed by HFD Group and designed by Mosaic Architecture + Design the scheme is the first carbon neutral BREEAM Excellent speculative office development to complete in the UK.

Linked by a common podium deck EcoCampus benefits from its own bus stop, communal cycle store and two levels of basement parking with power needs met by the nearby Blantyre Muir wind farm.

A feature curtain wall glazing system from Kawneer also played a key role in hitting energy efficiency targets.

Neil Haining, director at Mosaic, said: “The EcoCampus development marks a new achievement in the delivery of carbon efficient office buildings in the UK. Working closely with the developer, HFD Group, we understand the importance in reducing the carbon footprint of new office buildings to meet the requirements set out by occupiers.”

Hamilton International park extends to 116 acres, providing a total of 650,000sq/ft of office space.
