Stonehaven Care Village, a 60 bed care home and residential development, has been completed by Morrison Construction Services.

Designed and funded by Aberdeenshire Council the £6.7m project incorporates eight single storey cottages funded by the Scottish Government and will provide care and support for the elderly, including those suffering from dementia.

Adopting a wing layout from a central core the scheme arranges lounges and sun rooms around a sheltered garden interlinked with walking routes.

The predominant wall finish is smooth render with stained timber cladding highlighting corner and bay NorDan windows.
