Robertson complete work on BMW dealership
Construction services group Robertson have announced completion of a £2m project to refurbish and extend a BMW dealership in Stockton.

A 28 week construction program saw an existing showroom, office and workshop refurbished with a “clinical F1 style pit environment” of fully tiled floors and walls, which incorporate built in electronic factory link ups.

A steel framed workshop, plant deck and handover bay was also needed to facilitate the dealers expansion and externally the forecourt now incorporates LED lighting and an infra red heat sensing CCTV system.

Group Property Manager for clients Inchcape, Derek Millican, said: "With the help of Robertson and our professional team we were able to decant the entire business into a temporary facility whilst they went about the task of totally remodelling a site which we had outgrown and the building had, quite frankly, reached the end of its shelf -life!”
