Cash injection boosts Inverness Airport Business Park
Roxhill has signed a seven year deal with Inverness Airport Business Park (IABP) to develop 400,000sq/ft of warehousing and industrial space.

Work on the £30m scheme, designed by 7N Architects, could start by the end of the year and complete by 2012 - subject to occupiers stepping forward to pre-let the space.

IABP, a partnership between Highland and Islands Airports, Moray Estates and Highland and Islands Enterprise, intends to ultimately develop some 617 acres of land around the airport.

The masterplanners brief was to create a 21st century sustainable business environment and will ultimately comprise four distinct areas; a woodland zone sheltering business and industrial units, a landscaped link, Tornagrain zone (adjacent to the proposed New Town) and an airside zone focussed upon logistics and maintenance.
The park will be integrated with both Tornagrain and the airport
