Primark invite public to make their mark on Edinburgh store
Primark have launched a public consultation into their planned Edinburgh Princes Street store with an appeal to potential bargain hunters to “Have Your Say”.

A website has been setup by the budget clothing chain in a bid to elicit views from locals interested in both Primark and Edinburgh to share views, observations and opinions on the best way forward for the retailer.

This constitutes part of a 12 week consultation period where views will be solicited from heritage experts, community groups, business leaders and shoppers.

Already several enthusiastic Primark baggers have expressed frustration at a series of delays in bringing the planned store to fruition with Ruth stating on the site: “Last year it was announced in the local paper that Edinburgh Primark would be opening Oct/Nov 2009. This was subsequently pushed back to Christmas 2009, then pushed back again to early 2010. Now it's August 2011? It would be great if it actually happens this time but right now I'm understandably sceptical.”

3Dreid are handling the store design of the flagship property.
