The Irish firm will be responsible for earthworks, ground seeding and driving ranges for the two courses on site.
Trump plans to submit a masterplan for the Gareth Hoskins designed scheme in the “near future”.
In addition to a golf course the scheme will accommodate a 450 bed hotel, 950 holiday homes and 500 houses.
