Scottish Design Awards winner Fyne Homes have awarded maintenance contracts worth over £400k to three local Argyll and Bute firms.

Building contractor George Hanson has been tasked with replacing central heating systems and paintwork on Bute.

Meanwhile Dunoon based contractor Stewart McNee will replace central heating systems in equivalent properties on Cowal and Donald Gilles will carry out paintwork maintenance on properties throughout Cowal, Mid Argyll and Kintyre.

Fyne Homes are keen to utilise the skills of local trades as a means of boosting the local economy at a time of stress.
