A new proposed very sheltered and amenity housing development.  The very sheltered flats have dementia friendly design elements with ten flats specifically designed for people with dementia.  There is also an internal garden with features which aid orientation and help promote a degree of independence.  The layouts of the very sheltered flats have been designed to allow for changing future needs.
