Apex London Wall Hotel

Apex London Wall Hotel is a 5 star, 89 bedroom boutique hotel with bar, restaurant and gym located just 200m north of the Bank of England

This project involved a rigorous assessment of the existing RC frame to confirm the load carrying capacity and allow appropriate, suitable development which included the introduction of three new high level storeys in steel frame. Additional works including the recladding of the structure and extensive internal alterations required to a 1960’s convert office building to a modern bespoke hotel.
