Practice Statement
Harley Haddow are Mechanical, Electrical, Civil and Structural Consulting Engineers. We were formed in 1950 and over the last 60 years have built on a reputation for high quality and extensive project and geographical experience to be one of the UK’s foremost consulting engineering practices.
We have offices in Edinburgh, Glasgow and Guildford and have around 60 employees including chartered engineers, graduate engineers, technicians and a chartered librarian. Our people work hard to ensure that we deliver an integrated whole design product that works effectively and is sustainable.
We have worked on a wide variety of projects throughout the UK and overseas. Our project experience ranges from individual dwellings to city masterplanning projects. We are proud of the close and long-standing relationships we have with architects, developers and clients who value the approach we take to each project. Repeat business through excellent design, innovation and project support is the cornerstone of our business growth.
The buildings we have been involved in have won numerous awards and accreditations. We are excited about working in an industry that is embracing the need to use sustainable materials and systems and consider the impact of a building on the user and the environment for the long term.
