Burnet Bell have submitted to planning proposals for Glasgow Housing Association and Rokbuild North to refurbish the Dalriada, Columba and Davaar blocks of the Anderston Centre.

Works will entail structural repairs, overcladding and re-roofing of the three blocks.  Each 14 storey tower will be clad in curtain walling with insulated infill panels and windows alongside insulated render.

The architects have attempted to retain the integrity of the existing buildings by reflecting the highly modelled facades in material and colour selection.  Balconies will be enclosed on the principal elevations with tinted glazing at inset levels accentuating horizontality.
