CALA Homes West has marked the topping out of the first apartment building at its latest development, a 101-home scheme at 21 Mansionhouse Road, Langside, within the grounds of the former Mansionhouse hospital.

Moray View is finished in facing brick with recessed top floor penthouses faced in fibre cement rainscreen cladding the Macmon-designed homes are expected to complete this summer.

CALA’s senior land manager, Andrew Duncan commented: “We were delighted to welcome the Glasgow Warriors players to 21 Mansionhouse Road to mark the topping out of our first building at the development. A range of one to three-bedroom apartments are available for between £250k and £360k for those looking to locate to the south side Glasgow suburb.
