Private rental scheme takes off in Aberdeen with Forbes Place completion

The first (PRS) scheme to be built in the city Forbes Place is fully furnished and marketed for rental only in order to meet demand for quality accommodation with a secure tenure.
Managed by Dandara directly the project is being targeted at mobile professionals, people priced out of the mortgage market as well as companies seeking to reduce reliance on hotel rooms with accommodation ranging from studio flats through to three-bedroom townhouses.
Dandara Living lettings manager, Mandy Anderson says: “Forbes Place replaces the need for companies and people who move from location to location to rely on hotel accommodation to provide the higher standard of living they demand.
“Tenants do not need to worry about receiving an unexpected notice to leave their apartment or townhouse because the landlord has decided to sell the property – a tenancy at Forbes Place lasts as long as you need it to.”
Other perks include an on-site management team, secure parcel receipt and temperature controlled grocery storage.
Flats are being marketed at tenants seeking a higher standard of accommodation than in privately owned properties

The massing and material distribution looks ok in that image - though I think the metal panels look a bit cheap and the peppering of the facade with black vents and flue terminals really let it down....
