Aberdeenshire Council unveil Buchan House HQ
Aberdeenshire Council have opened the doors to Buchan House, a £5m area headquarters in Peterhead offering access to public services.

The brownfield build brings together a range if functions on-site; including a co-location with Police Scotland and NHS Grampian.

Stuart Pratt, chairman of the Buchan Area Committee, said: “It is a building to serve not just Peterhead but all of Buchan. I think it exemplifies some of the best of modern design and it will be a building which will become a local landmark, used by the public for many years to come.”

The in-house design was delivered by Robertson Construction with vacated premises elsewhere in the town placed on the market.
