William Lippe Architects open new Aberdeen office
Inverurie based William Lippe Architects have moved to capitalise on the booming north east construction market with the opening of a new Aberdeen office.

Based at 25 Albyn Place the new office will be managed by Kirsten Will, recently promoted to associate, who will make the move along with two other staff from the Inverurie head office.

The new team will be tasked with managing an increased workload across the region; notably an extension of Meldrum House Hotel in Oldmeldrum.

Lippe commented: “We are delighted to be taking this step at this time, the level of experience in our team, combined with an upturn in the current economic climate and demand from existing clients makes the decision the right one for the company.”

The new office will open its doors on 1 October.
An extension to Meldrum House Hotel will provide 40 additional bedrooms, conference rooms, a restaurant and leisure club

Who?

I know Meldrum House, if that is the best proposal they could come up with then it is very disappointing. A building with as much historical significance as that deserves a lot better than the standard bland corporate template lacking any design merit that is proposed here
