GHA pull down second Scotstoun tower block in regeneration drive
Work to demolish the second of two tower blocks at Kingsway Court, Scotstoun, is proceeding apace to make way for a Cooper Cromar designed housing scheme.

Work on the £10.8m scheme for Glasgow Housing Association is expected to commence immediately once the existing housing is cleared by high-reach machine, completing from early 2016.

Technical Demolition Services are dismantling the 1962 built tower floor by floor to avoid disruption to the nearby Kingsway.

Four remaining tower blocks were recently refurbished by Glasgow Housing Association, securing their long-term future.
