Architect appointed to deliver Saline affordable housing
Kingdom Housing Association has appointed City Architecture Office to develop design proposals for a development of over 50 affordable houses and apartments at Saline, Fife.

These will be situated on a 2.2 hectare site benefiting from panoramic views across the Forth Valley towards Stirling and the Ochils and forms part of a wider master plan for the village.

Still at an early stage, with a proposal of application notice due to be filed shortly, a planning application is not expected until the autumn following a period of public consultation and community engagement.

CAO director Moray Royles, said: “This is a community driven proposal that will enhance the qualities of the existing townscape with much needed high quality social housing, creating sustainable growth for Saline.”
