Perth residents move into new council homes
Residents have begun moving into six new council houses in the Letham area of Perth following the completion of the first new council homes from Perth & Kinross Council in a generation.

Arranged along a new street, Duneaves Place, the properties comprise a range of one and two storey terraces ranging in size from three bedrooms up to five.

Designed in house by Perth & Kinross Council the £1m development has been built to high standards of air tightness and are fitted with whole house ventilation and heat recovery systems.

Large south facing windows afford direct connection to enclosed garden areas whilst maximising solar gain.

Hadden Construction acted as main contractor on the project.
