Broadway hit
Broadway One, a development of 125,466sq/ft of Grade A office space in Glasgow, has been completed by joint venture partners IVG Development (UK) and Ediston Properties.

Several theatres, including the Theatre Royal and Pavilion are in close proximity, giving rise to the theatre land monicker.

The site at the corner of Renfield Street and Renfrew Street was previously occupied by STV studios prior to their move to Pacific Quay, the site will now play host to a mixed use campus of offices, a hotel and a small number of flats.

Broadway One constitutes the first phase of this development, with a Citizen M hotel scheduled to move on site imminently.  A second 148,000sq/ft office block, dubbed Broadway Two for numerical consistency is also planned.

Costing £45m the newly completed building spans ground and six upper floors together with basement car parking.
