Eco-Mods Ltd are to showcase their “House Pod” on Sustainability Street at Interbuild, a major construction fair.

Manufacture of the modular units is conducted off site in a factory controlled environment, allowing each House Pod to be delivered to site pre-finished with all appliances, fixtures and fittings installed.  

Requiring only external finishing and a roof the home can be assembled in most weather conditions and made ready for occupation in hours.

This form of mass production brings costs down via economies of scale and allows build quality to be more accurately controlled.
