Dormont Park

Dormont Park is a development of 8 new houses built, and certified, to PassivHaus standard for long term affordable rent.  Built with support from Scottish Government under the pilot Rural Homes for Rent grant scheme these houses are the very first of their kind to be built in rural Scotland; the first to be built on a commercial scale anywhere in Scotland; and the first private rented housing in the UK built to this standard for affordable rent.
