In realising a challenging and complex brief extensive conservation works have been undertaken to the Georgian terrace and James Miller interiors of the 1920s. Façade works included over 350 stone indents, mullions and lintols, significant structural works to entrance porticos, full replacement of the roof and complete replacement of all 116 sash and case windows with modern micro double glazed sash and case units retaining the original astragal properties.
