Complete in November 2008, this 5-storey Express by Holiday Inn hotel is a flagship development within the Dundee City Waterfront Masterplan. Its prominent location offers views across the Tay Bridge and its contemporary design has set a precedent for subsequent Masterplan developments.

Accommodation comprises 93 bedrooms, meeting rooms, and associated facilities. The hotel design is carefully integrated with ground floor recreational, leisure and retail units providing a mixed use development that will enhance the Dundee City Centre townscape.  This project marks an unprecedented 18 year design partnership for Young and Gault with the highly successful global brand, Holiday Inn.
