A new visual arts centre becomes the first Zero-Carbon public building in Moray. Winner of Moray Green Design Award 2008. A simple building with multi-purpose teaching spaces on the ground floor and office & artist workspaces over. Geothermal and Solar PV heating system. Larch & Lime Render cladding systems were developed over the breathing wall and insulated timber frame.
